At The Trip Boutique, we are building an AI-based hyper-personalization platform for travel, with a mission to allow travellers to make their trips uniquely theirs. In my position as a Frontend Engineer, I'm responsible for the development of the frontend of the platform, as well as the development of the company's website.

As a Frontend Developer @ Frotcom International I contribute to the development of a large fleet monitoring web application. It is built primarily with VueJS and has a large amount of pages and components. Personally, I appreciate the sheer size and complexity of the application as a challenge and a learning opportunity.

At Softway we develop websites for a variety of customers. We use HTML, CSS ( + Bootstrap and SASS ) and Javascript to create visually appealing and mobile responsive pages. My responsibilities include the development of the website frontend based on specific designs and integration with a custom PHP backend solution. I also have contributed to developing web stores using Shopify.

During my years studying at Instituto Superior Técnico I was actively involved in students groups and activities such as NEETI and AEIST. In these groups, I developed skills such as leadership, team work and handling of time-sensitive situations. I also had the opportunity to work and organize a magnitude of events such as BreakingDev, SET and others, both from a logistics standpoint and also developing technological solutions.
